Who We Are
Jeovic Community care (JCC) was established in 2019 in response to local community demand for quality community support services. JCC is a nongovernment, privately owned service provider with HDAA certification. As a responsive organisation, we have a team of trained Support Workers and Youth Workers. Our Disability Support Workers provide disability support services under the National Disability Insurance Scheme. Our Youth Workers provide emergency accommodation support for children and young people under statutory intervention from the Department of Children, youth Justice and Multicultural Affairs

Gina and Orode migrated to Australia at different times but are blessed to call Australia home away from home. They are migrants from Africa and members of various multicultural communities. They serve as leaders in different community organisations and act as community champions with backgrounds in Law and social work.
Gina and Orode identified a need in the CALD community and in response registered an organisation with the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) that will support the CALD community through provision of Culturally appropriate service thereby empowering and building capacity in the various CALD community which is Jeovic Community Care.
The managing partners have a combined experience of over 10 years of providing support to people in maintaining their independence and connection to their local community. They have extensive experience and expertise in the community services sector. They have accumulated vast experiences working in various positions in the community sector in the areas of community capacity building and referral for active intervention such as working and empowering victims of family violence, intensive family services, therapeutic programs for young people and children, youth residential care, healthy relationship programs, child protection, advocacy, aged care, home care and youth mental health. Georgina and Orode are passionate about providing quality care to the most vulnerable in the community and are committed to ensuring people are supported in a way that will enhance their quality of life.
